"Okay, the perfect steak for Don is very simple. He takes a dry rib, dry-aged rib steak home. He takes it out of the 'fridge about an hour before. He puts Don and Joe's steak seasoning on both sides, lets it warm up to room temperature..." We're serving the tea (and beef broth) on this one, Chile!
